Well, well, well, look what we got here! That Yves Saint Laurent YSL JUNE BOX BAG, huh? Remake, they say. Remake! What in the tarnation is that even mean? Sounds fancy, though, like them city folk talk. But I reckon it just means they’re making it again, new and shiny.
This old gal don’t know much about fancy bags, I tell ya. I been carryin’ the same old sack for nigh on twenty years. Holds all my things just fine. They say they cost more than my old mule, Bessie! Can you believe that?
I seen one of them Saint Laurent bags once. Mary’s friend, she had one. Black it was, with a shiny gold thing on it. Looked like it could hold a week’s worth of groceries, but she only had a lipstick and some tissues in it. Said it was a “clutch.” A clutch! What in the world is a clutch? Sounds like somethin’ you do when you’re fallin’.
So, this JUNE BOX BAG, it’s probably one of them fancy things, too. I bet it’s got all sorts of pockets and zippers and whatnot. Probably made of some fancy leather, too. Not like my old bag. This thing’s seen better days, I tell ya. But it’s sturdy. Like me.
