They say the cheapest Patek Philippe, it’s some old watch for the ladies. Still costs a few thousand, though. This Calatrava 5227G-010, though, that’s a man’s watch. A fancy man’s watch. Probably for them city folks with their fancy suits and their fancy cars. Not for the likes of us, that’s for sure.
I seen pictures of this Calatrava 5227G-010. It’s a nice-looking watch, I’ll give it that. Shiny and all. But I still don’t see what all the fuss is about. A watch is a watch. It tells the time. That’s all it needs to do. But these rich folks, they like their fancy things. And this Patek Philippe Calatrava, that’s about as fancy as it gets, I reckon. They even remake it now.
