They’re calling it the “original order,” whatever that means. Anyway, I’ve been wearing it around, playing with the chronograph, and just generally seeing how it feels on the wrist.
First Impressions
- Unboxing:
Came in a decent box, nothing too fancy. It had the watch, some booklets, and a little tool for adjusting the bracelet. Standard stuff, really.
- Look and Feel:
It looks pretty slick, I gotta admit. The sapphire crystal gives it a nice, clear view of the dial. And that transparent case back? Cool as hell. You can see all the little gears and stuff moving around in there. Feels solid, too. Not too heavy, but definitely has some weight to it.
Playing Around
- Chronograph Action:
The buttons have a nice click to them. Started, stopped, and reset the chronograph a bunch of times. Seems to work smoothly. No complaints there.
- Winding and Setting:
Winding it feels pretty smooth. Setting the time is straightforward. No issues.
- Wearing It:
Wore it for a few days straight. It’s comfortable enough. The bracelet is nothing special, but it does the job. I did swap it out for a leather strap I had lying around, and I think it looks even better.
Digging Deeper
I spent some time looking closely at the details. The finishing on the case is pretty good. The dial is easy to read, even in bright sunlight. The lume (you know, the glow-in-the-dark stuff) is decent. I’m not expecting any miracles, but it lasts long enough for me to see the time when I wake up in the middle of the night.
Final Thoughts
After wearing it, playing with it, and just staring at it for a while, I think it’s a solid watch. It’s a good-looking watch. Is it worth the money? That’s for you to decide. But I’m happy with it. It’s a fun watch to wear, and it gets people talking. Someone even noticed the red “Speedmaster” text, which is a neat little detail. If you’re into watches, especially the Moonwatch thing, this one is definitely worth checking out. But if you are not that into watches, it is not that recommended.
